My ribbon only has Acrobat items and the rest of the ribbon is gone!

For some reason, the ribbon on my autocad 2019 only has Adobe Acrobat items. The rest of the ribbon is gone.

 Even when I right click the ribbon, I do not have the option to re-add the missing menu.

See below how my ribbon is currently.

Is there a command to default the ribbon?

Looks like just a second row of tabs.  Can't you pick on those in the row above [ File / Edit / View / Insert / etc. ]?

Restart your PC yet?
Reload/reselect your default WORKSPACE yet? You might have to pick another then come back to yours.

Check for current workspace.

Command CUI.
Expand tree in top-left pane --> Workspace branch.
Find the desired workspace --> right-click on line and "Set Current".
Apply and OK.

Check which CUIx files are loaded.  I suspect that the Adobe supplied one has replaced the ACAD.CUIx as the Main.  If that's the case, you'll have to set the latter back as the Main and ensure the Adobe one is loaded as partial.

Although given the option, I would load both as partial to a custom Enterprise CUIx, and have a user custom CUIx as Main.

The only thing that worked was to reset setting to default
