Hello to All
I just bought a new computer with Windonws 8, tried to install it three versions of AutoCAD (2012, 2013 and 2014) however when I try to do any kind of command it it crashes, the screen freezes and no longer responds, responding after a while but again after locking. I've tried running directly from the video card, high priority in processing, change perfomace own in AutoCAD, but nothing worked.
Windows 8-64 bit
Intel Core i7 3.44 hz
License: Student
8 GB - 6GB Cache
NVIDIA GeForce GT 630M | 2GB DDR3 (Dedicated)
Thank you for your attention.

Thank Jay!!
I had installed the 64-bit version and my nootbook meets the minimum requirements to run the software, however my problem is after installation. The software does not function satisfactorily, crashing and freezing all the time.

Ok, since you already tried to install incompatible versions, and it's a new machine, it might be best to use the manufacturer's restore tools, and bring that computer back to a new state, and then only install the 2014 64bit version. Or at the least step through Autodesk's clean unistall procedures and ensure that every trac of CAD is expunged.
In the meantime, does anything pertinent show up in the Windows Event Logs?
However, whichever route you take, in any CAD installation, make sure that you are logged in with an administrative account, and that all anit-virus is disabled. If you still encounter problems after that, then I'd suggest running ProcessExplorer from Microsoft to track down exactly what's hanging you up.
