I have many lines all over my drawing in all different colors. these lines move when I make a new line. How can I get rid of these lines. I'm guessing I have something turned on that needs to be "off" but I don't know what or how? please help. thanks in advance! JIM

Hi,

>> I have many lines all over my drawing in all different colors

That is what I'm seeing, is that different to your display?

If your's look different please upload a screenshot so we can see what you see 😉

What you can try too:
Start command _GRAPHICSCONFIG and turn off hardware acceleration ... better?

Please let us also know your version of AutoCAD and service pack.

Hi @grif514,

In my experience, this type of problem is related to the Smooth Line option in GRAPHICSCONFIG. Try toggling that off to see if improves the issue. If not, the next option is to totally turn off Hardware Acceleration.

Here is an AKN article that backs up @john.vellek's suggestion:  https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Unwant...
