Can anyone tell me how to fix this? When I use the Multiline Text command, the dialog box opens HUGE on my screen. I mean the box to type in is so big I cannot see what I'm typing. I have to type a couple characters, hit OK, then the text fits in model space at the right size. Then if I need to edit it, it edits at the correct size in place. Any suggestions?

Is this a problem in ALL of your files with all of your MTEXT?
Or is the issue all the MTEXT in this one single DWG file?
Or is this an issue with only this one single MTEXT object?
And how close/far are you zoomed into the Mtext? I can replicate your issue only if I am zoomed in well beyond the ability to read my MTEXT in full for example.

Glad you found a fix, but that does not do anything here to relocate your initial posted issue in my own MTEXT in my own files. Are there other formatting settings in that MTEXT?
thanks for this - it was getting on my nerves
