Mtext changing text height does nothing

I need to increase the text height in my drawing file, but altering the properties makes no difference to the displayed text size.

It seems as if the text was created with another application perhaps.

What I did was converted them into single text, then I created a new style and placed the texts into that style and changed back to mtext entities.

The new style is named style01, you cad edit the size as convenient.

In an additional note: avoid using standard texts and standard dym styles as they will differ from computer to computer, from user to user, always create a new style and make it your own according to your needs.

I hope It helps

I had only take a look with a mobile viewer,
there display normal Mtext wit Mtext internal formating for Font and height

\fMS Shell Dlg 2|i0|b0;\H0.00337344;BC0141C
MTEdit, Strg+a should show you the height of H0.00337344

In Autocad you can delete internal formating only for one single mtext.
Ther are some Tools for multiple Mtext objects, like StripMtext.
Ootb is explode the way to go (and txt2mtxt back)

Still ok the Objects
