mtext boxes plot incorrectly

I have a drawing with some mtext boxes with a background mask set to use the drawing background color and they plot to pdf as seen here:

 

2023-08-17 12_55_34-843 B St Petaluma Rev-1-A1.0.pdf - [A1.0] - SumatraPDF.png

 

Luckily the same problem does not occur with the publish command.

Even so I would like to diagnose the problem so I have the option of not using publish.

Attach the drawing to troubleshoot.

 

Type ABOUT on the command line and provide us an image.

 

Check the latest and available updates:

AutoCAD 2024

AutoCAD 2023

AutoCAD 2022

Update your software
