Hello @ all,
I wanted to install SP2 for AutoCAD 2015, but then the error appeared "Unable to install msvcp110.dll is missing" on Win 7 64bit OS
Then I have installed the Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4 http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679 , but the error still appears.
How I could solve this problem?
Hi
Did you try the suggestion:
https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/installation-licensing/install-can-t-start/td-p/5003408
Or, try to uninstall VC++ 2012 from control panel and reinstall it from the AutoCAD installer:3rdParty\x64\VCRedist\2012UPD4
Hope that helps.
Yesterday I have installed the new version of VC++ 2012. So I didn't understand why I should uninstall it? Thanks for the link, but I don't have parallels as well as earlier before it was not necessary to install 32bit versions. On my PC I have installed 2005/ 2008/ 2010/ and now new 2012 all in 64x bit version. I will try to uninstall the VC++ 2012 and try to install it from the AutoCAD folder. I'll give feedback then and many thanks for the suggestions!
I have taken a clean deinstallation of the software and installed it again. Now it works. Thanks for your help.
