Move leader on multileader to right side of text

I have a multileader that I am copying and pasting.  I want some to have the leader start on the right side.

Spent about 30 min searching and I cant figure it out.

Just click on the multilieader and then grab the grip on the arrow and drag it around. When you drag it to the other side the whole leader moves to that side.

That didn't seem to be working, but one of our guys figured out the right attachment was set to "Underline Top Line". 

So when the leader was pulled to the right, it still looked like it was attached to the left side.
