mouse lagging

Hello , i have an MSI PULSE 17 B13VFK and when i use autocad my mouse cursor is so laggy. I tried both versions of the high power graphics card (game ready driver and studio ready driver) and i even tried my intergrated graphics(low power graphics card) and i watched a lot of tutorials online but nothing worked. I installed older versions of autocad and again, it didnt work.

Note: my low power graphics card:Iris XE, my high power graphics card:RTX 4060

If you can help i will be happy.

FYI IRISXE is never a choice you want to make if you have another choice for AutoCAD.

Share with us screenshots of your ABOUT and GRAPHICSCONFIG commands pop-ups please.

Thank you for the screenshots @erencanan1

1) Install the 2024.0.1 Update, you can get it from your Autodesk Account Page here https://manage.autodesk.com/cep/#products-services/updates
Restart your PC afterwards.

2) may I ask, why are you running in DirectX11 mode? If that did not help... Set GFXDX12 variable to 1 (that's a one) then restart AutoCAD/LT: see if that helps.

3) have you seen this long list of items to try

https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Cursor-is-slow-or-...

4) In GRAPHICSCONFIG command, change the 2D Display Settings pulldown from "advanced mode" to one of the other choices. Text each one.

5) If all else fails, then turn off Hardware Acceleration as a last resort, does that help?

Open a support case with Autodesk if you are on subscription to seek out Autodesk Support's help:
