AutoCAD Connecting Problem

I am trying to open AutoCAD, but when I try to sign in it tries to connect to my login.microsoft.com account but it fails to load. I will upload picture showing what comes up.

Did you open a file from ONEDRIVE (or SharePoint or some other Microsoft offering) recently? You need to log back into that I suspect.
