Missing object enabler

The Autocad file shows an error message about a missing object enabler. A screenshot of the message is added to this topic. How do resolve this, please?

which version of AutoCAD are you running (command _ABOUT ==> Screenshot would help).

Are you still using AutoCAD 2007? You are out of luck, ask the file creator to DWGEXPORT your file to dumb it down for your old variant. Either way turn off PROXYNOTICE variable in your AutoCAD, then turn on or off PROXYSHOW and PROXYGRAPHICS variables. Usage is explained in HELP.
