Missing hatch pattern

Hello...my hatch patterns gone after I tried to add new hatch pattern...how to recover the all the hatch patterns?

there is more than way to get it back BUT let's begin with this LINK . reset your settings and see if any differences happened.

Did @imadHabash's suggestion of a Reset get you back to normal?  Did you overwrite your ACAD.PAT file?  Do you need help installing your custom hatch properly?

I haven't seen an update so hopefully you are back up and running. I have attached my acad.pat from AutoCAD 2016.
