Missing fonts and text when opening IntelliCAD drawings with AutoCAD v20.

Hi!

We have previous tools at the office as IntelliCAD and we have an issue when opening with AutoCAD v20 drawings created with intelliCAD.

It seems fonts and text are missing and AutoCAD ask for a replacement of fonts…I have tried to copy-paste different fonts into different Autodesk folders but it doesn´t work, even when we check the font is already pasted into the folder…

AutoCAD ask for a font replacement but we have tried also to save the missing font as another type in IntelliCAD and opening after with Autocad to change the font to the right one, but it doesn´t work either...

It only happens in some drawings we created with IntelliCAD, not in all of them.

Have you had this issue before? Do you know how we can proceed?

have did this... everytime if a fontdefinition is not available.. nothing to do with the cad product.

Except the other softes uses Font who not supportet in the current software.

SHX Fonts

C:\program files\autodesk\autocad <VERSION>\fonts

TTF Fonts

Install in your OS

OTF Fonts

Install in your OS, but AutoCAD will only support OTF with vector conture definitions inside

Sounds like an IntelliCAD support question if it only happens to some files and not all. You are on the wrong software vendor site for that.

What font is it asking for?
And is accepting the default offered not an option? You can always change it later.\

Or share an actual DWG file, lets see the problem for ourselves.
