Missing file dll

I'm from Brasil and I have a problem with auto cad 2018
How do I down this ddl file that is missing to run autocad 2018

First I would start with a repair, then move on to a reinstall, then if that still did not work do a clean uninstall reinstall.  the first two options can be found in controll panel programs and features by right clicking on autocad in the program list.  the third has instructions here: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Recomm...
