Menu locations at program open

Every morning when I open AutoCAD, or if I have to close the program and reopen, my Layer Properties Manager, External References and Properties menus all return to the the center of my screen even after in the previous session I moved them.  We use two screens and I always have these three menus in my right screen so that I have the full left screen to use for work.  I have also noticed that any other menus such as inquiry that I have added to my left screen remain where I put them in the previous session.  This has been happening to about a dozen or more users in our company.  See attachment for screenshot of menus at open of AutoCAD.

I should say that I was upgraded to a newer computer a month or so ago and this has been happening since then.  My previous computer did not act this way.  All of the menus remained where I left them.

Any ideas why this is happening and what I can do to make them stay where I move them?

It would appear you are not actively saving youtr workspace after moving things around: WSSAVE command, explore usage in HELP.
OR
You have a startup that is replacing your menu files and/or forcing you to comply with someone's wishes.

Look at your experience to date: speaks volumes.
So have you tried a manual save after moving everything to where you want it?

I tried WSSAVE but that did not save the settings.

If you use a desktop manager from nVidia or ATI, check the settings to see if it's repositioning the dialog boxes and menus.

I think that did it.  Thanks.
