measuring angles in 3d environment?

I have a slopping line that slops different amounts at every change of direction. I rotated my view a little bit and drew my slopping line hoping to measure the angle of each change of direction. I attempted to use the dimension tool for angles by selecting line 1 and then line 2, it said lines are parallel?

What can i do to measure the angle between the lines?

The magenta dimension line above Line 1 indicates that the UCS's XY plane may be vertical in which case Line 1 and Line 2 are parallel when viewed perpendicular to the XY plane.  Create a UCS that contains Lines 1, 2, and 3 in its XY plane then add an angular dimension.

I have attached the dwg file. The angles are very small on the sloping lines.
