making my preferred system variables the "preferred" ones

Just started using 2018 2 weeks ago. I don't understand why it is notifying me now that MIRRTEXT and SELECTIONPREVIEW variables changed. I changed them to 1 and 2 respectively 2 weeks ago. I want those to be my "preferred" variables. Can I make that happen so it stops notifying me that they changed?

Start command _SYSVARMONITOR .. there you can set your preferred values.
