lost layer properties

hi how can i get my normal layer properties pls open file and send back i tried always

So what do you see?

 

Please keep in mind that we can't see your monitor, so "I see something different" does not give us any idea what you are seeing!

Hi,

 

thank you for your screenshot!

 

Looks like your layer manager is docked on the top border, you can undock it by moving the mouse to the left border of the layermanager, then click and hold the left mouse button and move the mouse towards the center of the monitor, your layer manager will then move until you release the left mouse button, then you can resize the dialog.
