I recently renewed my expired license to AutoCad. In doing so my previous version 2019 was replaced by version 2020, not my choice but that is the version Autodesk downloaded. There is very definite loss of crispness in the display between version 2019 vs 2020. For instance lineweights are not accurately presented and all lines are blurred. When the linewt tab is toggled there is almost no discernible difference between on and off unless the line weight is real heavy. Is this a flaw in AC or is there settings that can change to eliminate the problem? Is there anyway to to revert back to version 2019?
Any advice is much appreciated.

Hi,
>> Is there anyway to to revert back to version 2019?
As long as you are on subscription you can use current version and 3 versions back, so it should be no problem to install 2019

This all looks more like graphic card or graphic driver issues than a difference between 2020 or 2019.
You might start command _GRAPHICSCONFIG, turn off hardware acceleration, then restart AutoCAD and load the same dwg-file ... same issues then or better?

Hi,
>> my graphics configuration is already set to off
Did you disable it or was it disabled automatically?
In second case it might be an issue with the graphic card driver.

Hi,
>> I was set to off when I loaded version 2020
It might help then to update (or downgrade) your graphic card driver.
You also might try (after you installed updates) to start again command _GRAPHICSCONFIG and click "Restore Defaults".
BTW: which graphic card do you have?
Here you find a list of tested cards and drivers >>>click<<<
