Yes, you drew it wrong. The two pairs of closer-together Circles in each group need to meet tangentially. Move the lower group of concentric Circles down [or the upper group up] so that they do [red below]. And you should have only one largest Circle, whose center needs to be not at the center of any of the other Circles, but halfway between the centers of the two sets of concentric Circles.
[And investigate the Windows Snipping Tool or Snip & Sketch function. You can get far better images with them than taking photos of your screen, and you can paste its images right into a Message:

what about this i tried diff things but not working
draw the center point for the big circle by offset 7 x 7 from the center line for the small circle. the intersection of these lines will bring to you the center point for the big circle. draw the big circle now till the vertical 36 line.

This circle should exist at the center ... Go back and try again with some focus and you will surely succeed.
