Longer Sheet Titles

I know how to rename and renumber using the sheet set manager, but what I want to know is if there is any way to adjust the maximum amount of characters you can enter for a sheet title. It gives me a limit of 64 characters and I need it to be at least 70.

Can you use a custom sheet property instead?
