Lofting or mesh
At the right end the middle curve runs below the ZY plane and outside the shape lying in the ZY plane. No meaningful 3D model can be created from these given curves. Check and correct your input data.

Split the bottom 3dpoly into 2 objects as shown below. The red and green curves were one 3dpoly in your original drawing. Then use LOFT and pick the 3 profiles.
I was successful at creating a surface but the end profile does not define an arc as I think you want.
I tried using the cyan arc that intersects the planes of the sections but as the path for the loft but the geometry was deemed invalid. You might have better control of the wing tip by using additional wind cross sections.
I agree with @j.palmeL29YX that the geometry at the trailing edge is problematic. I don't think the wingtip should have an indent as you define it. I also think it would be better to use splines rather than 3dpoly objects for defining the sections.

Besides the added arcs - you obviously also modified/repaired/corrected/changed the "old" geometry which I pointed to above. So we have of course a completely new situation ... 😉
