LoadLibrary failed with error 87: The parameter is incorrect - AutoCAD 2021 - only thought RDP sesions on some wokstations.

Greeting Autodesk Comunity,

I read https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/AutoCA... and try to repair AutoCAD 2021 before posting this.

I am looking for a custom solution for my case.

Scenario 1:
User 1 login into Workstation1 - no error;
Scenario 2:
User 1 connects remotely through RDP to the Workstation1 - error 87;

Scenario 3:
User 1 connects remotely through RDP to the Workstation2 - no error.

Workstation 1: Mac Pro Cylinder 2013 with AMD FirePro D300/Windows 10 (OS build 19044.1766) with video driver version 15.201.1301.0
Workstation 2: Mac Pro Cylinder 2013 with AMD FirePro D500/Windows 10 (OS build 19044.1766) with video driver version 22.19.170.1536

Could I kindly ask for any solutions to fix that?

Hi @WinklerCanvasDrafter 

Try to check if the hardware is using Virtual device Dx11 and meeting the recommended requirement to run AutoCAD 2021. If not, please try to install different graphic card driver from the website. 

1. Type 3DCONFIG command.
2. Click on 'Tuner Log' button to check the information below; 

3. Install latest version of graphic card from the website. See How to update to the latest certified video driver for Autodesk software.

If above is not working, recommend you to clean reinstall the software and see if that helps. thanks

I did download https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/release-notes/apple-boot-camp.
After did update the video driver from version 15.201.1301.0 to 27.20.14540.15002, that fixed the problem.

Also, 3DCONFIG doesn't work in Scenario 2.
