Linking a different tab name to text field.

I am new to AutoCad and was attempting to set up a cover sheet. On the cover sheet they like to have a list of all the pages such as:

DWG NO.                               TITLE

      C0-------------------------COVER SHEET

      C1-------------------------OVERVIEW

      C2-------------------------DETAIL

Is there a way of connecting the tab's tile to each text listed, so when I change the name page name from "DETAIL" to "CUT SHEET" it will change the text on the cover sheet respectively? Basically I can use the field ctab to make the cover sheet read "COVER SHEET" is there a way pull in the other tab names?

Not the way you are hoping. It would be nice.

I suggest that you put your effort into learning Sheet Set Manager.  It has taken years but I am becoming convinced that SSM Makes sense, even if you are working with a small number of drawings or have all your layouts in the same drawing.

Sorry.
