Lineweight not showing in paper space or plotting

Hello! I've tried troubleshooting this on my own but can't seem to find anything that works. The lineweight shows in model space but not paper space and it doesn't plot. The only line that is different is the red line at .35mm compared to default. I've attached the file to help.

Thank you!

FIRST - we need to see the CTB file you are using. That will override anything you are trying to do. NEXT - Your modelspace will exaggerate lineweights based on your zoom scale - layouts will show you exactly how they will plot out. All of your color lines are listing as 0.30mm lineweight - which is what they display in layout view (0.30mm is 0.01"). Make sure that "PLOT OBJECT LINEWEIGHTS" is selected in your plot dialog. If you zoom in very close in a plot preview you will see the difference when you toggle that setting. You can see in this image that your lineweights are coming through but I'm zoomed in pretty close. 0.30mm is not a thick lineweight. Default is typically 0.25mm
