Linetype Issues

Hi Everyone,

Been having an issue with a particular linetype in my office. Shows accurately for some users, but inaccurately for others. I'm tried comparing between the 2 drawings, but I cant find any inconsistencies between that would point to the issue. Was wondering if anyone had any ideas. I included the 2 files. 

Good = Linetype accurate

Bad = Linetype inaccurate

Not having the same annotation scale.

1:1      vs      1/8:1

Make both the same and regen.

Got it. Oddly the x's are still displaced.

Go to text style, make sure STANDARD text height = Zero as the other one.
