Welcome to the Community. This is simply due to the resolution of your screen. You'll notice that if you zoom in the jagged edges become more pronounced, and if you zoom out they appear smoother. It's just the nature of CAD and has been since I can remember (and that's a long time). As long as you have dimensioned/constrained the lines correctly, your drawing/model will be accurate. The quality of your output will depend on what device you use, such as a good quality printer/plotter.
