Lines disappear after plot

I tried changing the shadeplot to legacy hidden and this was the only way to fix it but then hatches disappear.

I also checked layer properies and the plot sign was on

The color of the lines is black too 

The viewport style is set to 2D Wireframe but I've tried multiple things already and nothing works.

I also tried to plot it both in autocad 2016 and autocad 2018

its depend to the size of plot , page size ,and.....

try to use pdf output not png
