Hi, everything was working fine when this happen suddenly.

- When I create line, between 2 line, it does not show the dimension like it used to anymore.

-And also when I create a rectangle tool, I wasn't able to press 'tab' to switch from x to y dimension anymore.

I am really used to that kind of working style and this is getting me frustrated. Could someone please help.

Thanks

I am using the line tool to create a line in between 2 points, usually it will show the length of the line around the pointer but it's showing. Rectangle.jpg

I created a rectangle and proceed to input my dimensions, but I cant hit the 'tab' to switch to Y axis dimension.

That feature is called Dynamic Input. You may have turned it off accidentally.

Press F12 on your keyboard to turn it on.

You can also type DYNMODE on command line, then input 3 as new value.

I too am having this issue with AutoCAD 2017.

My dynmode is on and set to 3.

I get the "ghost" lines, but no dimension.

I am not even sure what you are trying to convey to me.

I changed the Tooltip Appearance Size from -1 to 0 and that seems to have been the issue.
