license still showing as Expired in AutoCAD 2024 / 2025 Education

Subject: License Renewal Issue for AutoCAD 2024 and 2025

Dear Autodesk Support,

My Autodesk account shows my educational license is valid until October 4, 2025, but AutoCAD 2024 and 2025 both display that the license will expire on October 4, 2024. I have reinstalled AutoCAD 2025 twice, but the license in the app does not update. Could you help synchronize the license in AutoCAD with my account?

Original Title: license expires
Title changed by @LeoWarren-EDU to improve clarity.

Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

Please reset the licensing service for AutoCAD by following the instructions in this article, which will force the software to look for a new license. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
