Layout wrong dimension position and scale

I have to print with a window from the layout, I have attached the 2 images. in one as is the original and in one as is after I preview.
the dimensions are not positioned correctly ...

There are many settings that we need to see and check ( scale factor ) .. would you please attache here the CAD dwg file itself for testing ?

Your issue will resolved if you took the whole viewport as a window for plotting preview .

I suggest to make another layout space with new viewport , any changes ?
