LAYOUT CLICK + DRAG doesnt work in AUTOCAD 2017

Please can anyone explain why it doesn't work anymore click + drag or ctrl + click + drag in AUTOCAD 2017 layout

would you explain more about your issue....where did you need this shortcuts and what does it do?

Are trying to window select something with click and drag and getting a lasso instead of a box? In 2015 ACAD added the lasso selection option. If this is the case turn off lassoing in Options/Selection and uncheck "Allow press and drag for Lasso". Window selection in 2017 is click + click for the window corners if lassoing is on.

If this isn't the issue please post a screenshot or Screencast of what you are trying to do or explain further.

For me it's working as you can see in the video.

2 ideas:

• make sure your service packs for AutoCAD are all installed (mine is N.402.0.0 AutoCAD 2017.1.2 Update ... seen in command _ABOUT)
• the layout you want to drag should be active. If you have "Layout1" active, but you try to drag "Layout2" that does not work for me.
