layer properties menu

I'm new to this so I may not have the correct terminology.

When I click on the Layer Properties button on the Home menu, instead of opening a new window with all the layers listed on it, it sticks it all squished down on the left side of the menu bar, so you can only see 2 or 3 layers listed at a time. this only happens since we installed AutoCAD LT 2020. How can I get it back to the old way?

You can change the size of the pallet just like you can with most others. Hover your cursor over the edge. When you see the icon change, click and drag.

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.

Yeah um that didn't actually attach an image, just sayin'...

If by some odd chance my nattering was useful -- that's great, glad to help. But if it actually solved your issue, then please mark my solution as accepted 🙂

Untitled.jpgIt looks like its on top of the menu, but it's actually part of the menu. It pushed all the other stuff off to the right.

Appears a contect menu by right-click on the darker vertical bar direct left of the layer palette?

Is there an (un)docking option?
