Keyboard short cut to switch from VIEWING model space while in paperspace

On occasion while in paper space and zoomed way in, I like to double click inside the viewport to enter model space.  Lets say to move something 1 inch for example.  I would like to know if there is a keyboard shortcut to exit the model space and reenter paper space while still zoomed in.

What I'm currently doing is zooming way out and double clicking outside outside the view port.

Al Cohen

TILEMODE command is about as close as you're going to get if you only want to use core commands: you'll want to customize with one of the programming languages autocad has available to do anything more specific @vasanthkr3

AutoCAD implements many standard Windows keyboard shortcuts. For example, 'Ctrl + S' is the universal keyboard shortcut to save what you're working on.

A lesser-known standard keyboard shortcut in Windows is 'Ctrl + Page Up / Page Down.'

It's the universal keyboard shortcut to cycle through tabs of something. In Excel, that's the worksheets in your Excel document. In a web browser, that's the browser tabs you have open. In AutoCAD, it's your Layout/Model tabs.

All that to say, to change from Model Space to a Layout Tab, try pressing 'Ctrl + Page Down.'
