join two 3d surface and creat a 3d cube

i want to joining two 3d surface togheter and create a cube beetwen this surfaces

please help me how can i do this

To join them ? But how ? They don't even touch ! To me, you don't describe enough.

A infinity of cubes can be strictly drawn between those surfaces.

I would draw some vertical planes and use INTERFERENCE to find points on them...

You need to clean up your dwg.

First I removed all lines, and only kept the surfaces.
Next I moved your geometry closer to the 0,0 point. When you work far away from the origin geometric calculations become alot harder for the software and can often fail if there is enough complexity.
Then I used the LOFT command to create a connecting surface between your bottom and top surface.
After that I used the SURFSCULPT command on a copy to make a 3D solid from the surfaces (this will only work if they are completely closed)
