Issues Converting DWG to 3D Solid For 3D Printing

We are trying to 3D print the attached item but as it is drawn will not let us export to the *.stl.  It appears that the issue lies with the revolving block in the drawing.  We are new to AutoCAD 3D and not sure what to do to get this to work.

Would appreciate any help and or comments on how we may be able to fix this.

I used STLOUT without a problem. See attached file.

I dropped it into Tinker CAD no problem.

That did not convert the surfaces between the rings.  This should be a solid barrel.

That would work for what we are doing I think.

That works.  Can you tell me how you got there for my own knowledge?

Take 1 profile and Explode it.

Use Flatten, answer Yes, then Pedit ,Join.

Use revolve 360 degrees around the center of the barrel.

When I run that I get the attached file. However it filtered out the (24) pieces that are used to go around the barrel.

The staves were not fully modeled so I figured you just wanted the rings and the tops. You would need to finish off the model as @Patchy did to get those to come out as well.
