Issue with chainages size in google earth

i have converted my autocad drawing from CIVIL 3D to Google Earth 

There is a issue,

whatever chainages size displayed in autocad,in Google Earth it is not showing same size in google earth

looks like zoom is not freezed..

when i scroll up chainages size increasing

when i scroll down chainages size decreasing

Somewhat confusing as you describe.  Is your trouble with overlaying your CAD to Google Earth images?

You should know that a precise drawing in 2D CAD often will not precisely overlay aerial photography due to attitude of the target in relation to the photo source (low-orbit satellite) and skew of photo to 3D world.

How did you export the drawing to Google Earth?

Do you mean that the width of the exported polylines or the text size in Google Earth remains the same?
