issue in tracking mode

Subject: AutoCAD 2027 Education – Object Snap Tracking (F11) Not Working
Hello Autodesk Support,
I am using AutoCAD 2027 Education (Non-Commercial) on Windows 11 with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 Laptop GPU.
I am facing an issue with Object Snap Tracking (F11). Endpoint, Midpoint, and other Object Snap Tracking functions are not working correctly. The tracking line and snap markers do not appear even though all required settings are enabled.
I have already tried:
Enabling Object Snap (F3) and Object Snap Tracking (F11)
Verifying OSMODE, AUTOSNAP, OSOPTIONS, SNAPTYPE, and other system variables
Resetting Drafting Settings
Reinstalling AutoCAD
Checking Graphics Performance and enabling Hardware Acceleration
The problem still persists. It appears to be a software or profile issue.
Please help me resolve this issue. I can provide screenshots and additional information if needed.

Is there any changes if you open a new empty CAD dwg file then try tracking with two simple lines?

Upload screenshot: Polar Tracking tab of Object Snap Settings.

At the command line type GFXDX12. Change the value to 0. Can you see the tracking lines now?

An AUTOCAD restart is always required to that to take effect.
