ISOMETRIC DIMENSION IN PAPERSPACE

Im using autocad 2019 along with plant 3d I created a 3d object in Model space and created a view in paperspace.

the view scale was set to 1"=1'-0" with a isometric snap set.  When I measure from point A of the object to point B in model space it reads 4'-10 1/2" which is correct. When  I dimension it in paper space it reads 3'-11 1/4".  I remember back a number of years ago that this could be done correctly in paperspace. Is their something in 2019 that needs to be reset or reconfigured.

I am attaching a .dwg file as the example

Help would be appreciated

For the dimstyle you will use for that set the Primary Units, Measurement scale to 1.22474. Pretty sure that is the fix.
