We are using AutoCAD Mechanical and Electrical; company has decided to implement this ERP software. Does it compatible with AutoCAD? If yes, then till which version it is supported. Any of you know and can answer this query please let us know.

Why are you not asking the ERP vendor you've decided to commit to?
Then test. Test. Test everything In-house With Your Own Software And Files.
I'm just starting out down this road myself.
AutoCad <---> Epicor
Many moons ago (2002) I developed a VBA app for bi-directional functionality from AutoCad to MS Access, but I'm real rusty with VBA and just starting out with .NET. I'd like to keep things as simple as possible, so using some 3rd party app might be a good way to go, but still weighing all the options.
So far, I've requested a demo for CadLink from the QBuild site and will report back.
