Intuitive block rotation

I just updated to AutoCAD 2024 and the thing I noticed and find annoying is when I insert a block the line turns yellow and my block mirrors to a different look.  Can I turn this feature off?  I have my blocks that I use all of the time to display the way I want them.

Make the variable = 0
