[Inquiry] Plot stomp issue - Automatically changes unit

I'm having trouble with my plot, because the plot stomp is showing values in inches while my setting is mm. I appreciate your advise. Thanks!

can you please upload the dwg-file with this layout and let us know which version of AutoCAD you have?

We need to see your plot settings as well as your plot-stamp content.

Here's the CAD file. I'm using 2019, but this file was save as version 2007. Thanks!
