Improve QSELECT For Multiple Selection For Elemets command (AutoCAD)

How do we select multiple elements in the quick select command, like polyline lines, blocks, etc., now that we can only select one element at a time in the quick select command? I would like to share this idea in the AutoCAD Idea Forum, but I did not see any forum for this option.

Submit your suggestion at the >Product Feedback Page<.

Also, explore the FILTER command -- it may give you the ability to do what you want.

Either I did not understand the essence of your idea, or you are already late. In the quick select dialog, it is possible to search for the properties of all objects, regardless of the object type:

You can also do this, within the world of QSELECT, to make a selection set of multiple objects under different criteria:

QSELECT one set of objects, by whatever criteria you choose.  If you then recall QSELECT, at the top under "Apply to:" it probably says "Current selection," under which you can narrow down by other criteria if that's what you want to do.  But near the bottom, pick-to-check "Append to current selection set."  Notice that at "Apply to:" above, it now says "Entire drawing" again, and you can add more stuff by any independent criteria you want, not limited to what fit the criteria you used the first time and is already selected.

Once you pick "Append..." it remains checked for subsequent QSELECTs until you change it or close the drawing, which is why I said "probably" above about the "Apply to:" choice -- it could already be checked, in which case "Current selection" will not be the choice shown.

I'd like to select multiple elements in the same way as shown in the below snip. My point is clear here, right?

If you want to make a selection of (for example : - all circles that are red AND all 3DPolylines with a length lower than 100 units AND all MTEXT on the layer "0") you just have to repeat the QSELECT command 3 times and each time append your selection to the existing selection set. (pickbox option at the bottom of your qselect window)

Hello Ishaq
For me this process of selecting mutiple object types was always inconvenient too.
So some time ago I wrote the "FILTERSELECTION" plugin for this and I use it all the time. It is an alternative to QSELECT.

Over time I expanded the plugin with options to filter the selection with other basic properties too, like color, layer, area, name etc.

You can download it from Autodesk App Sotre or from:
http://autolisps.blogspot.com/p/filterselectionby.html

At the bottom of this page there is a DEMO version so you can try it.

HEello @andkal

Thank you for providing the command that I was looking for. This is the one for which I am looking, but I will get this plugin. I need to pay for it right now; there is no other option to get this plug-in or any lisp where I can select the contents only. Please, I am requesting it of everyone. My concern is only selecting the multiple objects in one selection as you described below.
