Is it possible to import point coordinates from an excel spreadsheet in a way where the point in CAD will have annotating information attached?
I have tried using the CONCATENATE function in excel to combine the coordinate data and then just pasting into CAD using multiple points. However, this just puts the points themselves in at the coordinates without any of the other data.
The aim is to create an easy-to-read plot of soil test locations with the soil samples identification number, test depth and test result displayed. I have previously done this manually which looks like this:

Is there a way to achieve this outcome using AutoCAD, preferably without the use of third-party software if possible?
