I'd like to know if this is possible. The .atc files have been created as part of LISP script and they don't work every time - so I would like to export them as .xtp and reimport as .asc to create static tool palettes that are always present on drawing startup.
From what I've been reading, the two file formats don't seem to be very compatible but as they both contain the same kind of data, I refuse to believe it's impossible to achieve this.
