Imported Word doc will not print to PDF unless vp is refreshed several times

I have a word .doc schedule that is imported into AutoCad. When I print to PDF I have to refresh the view port every time to ensure the word doc will print. The view port is on a no plot layer and the word doc is on separate  plot layer. How do I fix this problem so I don't have to refresh viewport every time I print sheet? Is there a setting I can set to fix this problem?

in the same drawing , if you make another new viewport in a new layout tab , any changes ?

if you insert the word .doc schedule to a new CAD drawing , any changes ?
