I want to ask you something about impmort text because i have aproblem.I want to bring a word document in my drawing.I press the button after i see this windowi chooseand isee the same picture(screnshot4)with other words in the partucular window there are not my word documents that there are in my desktop .You can see that there 3 different documents in my computer (in the screenshot 5) and there are not in the window (screenshot 4) with resault i can not make text import.

where is the problem and i how i can fix it?

It appears that you are selecting RTF format files. This is Rich Text Format. Word can save in this format if you choose but will not show up in your dialog windows unless you save as this format with the RTF file name extension.
You can also copy paste Word docs into AutoCAD and also straight into the Mtext editor. (This is my preferred method)
Start your MText editor, then copy /paste from Word or use the Import text function.
