Do you get an error message on the command line that might give you/us a clue?

Are you willing to post a copy of the Solidworks file so we can give it a try?

how is anyone supposed to know without knowing the file and its contents?

We don't even know your AutoCAD version, or the software version that created the file.

No error messages, any Alerts? No information about 'unsupported' ?

I guess yo uhave .sldasm file only and the other files are missing.

Do you have the while "Pack n Go" Package or this one file only?
