ı can't use delete key in autocad

I can not use delete key in autocad.I used pickfirst solution but it didnt work

What is PICKADD and PICKFIRST set to?

ıt didnt work all documents.All forums people said when i pickfirst value to 1 it should be fixed but it didnt work for me.

I cant use delete button on keyboard when i want to erase lines.I just do it when i click the line and righ click and erase. But i can  use the delete button when i write text and erase it is okey.

I again don't see what happens in the command-line and what exactly you did and how AutoCAD reacted to each single step. (I also don't see which of the 2 lines in your drawing you try to erase).

If the erase tool, namely the ERASE Command, works correctly, as well as by clicking on the ERASE icon from the Home Ribbon and you only have problems with the DELETE key on your keyboard, there is a chance that You have defined a shortcut for it. In this case, this problem will occur for all drawing files in this version of software you have on your computer, you can fix the unwanted changes that may have been made by resetting the program to its default settings.
+WIN START MENU --> AUTOCAD --> reset setting to default.
But I have a better suggestion for you if of course the ERASE command works correctly, so it is best to use a shortcut key, the (E) Command, for less regular use and less use of the right hand.
