I can't move and push the zoom of drawing left-right and up -down with the mouse

I can't move and push the zoom of drawing left-right and up -down with the mouse. I can't found in setting responsible for this functionality.I'm sure it is possible. Could you help me, for sure , it is one tick in set up.

Normal I should push the zoom with the pushed scroll of mouse.

Hi,

as i see from your previous attached image that you're working at Layout space , for that try :

• to be inside the Viewport itself by clicking inside the viewport to be able to change your zoom .
• also select your viewport frame then Ctrl+1 to unlock your viewport in case it's locked . see below image
